All sales are final. Tickets are will-call and to be picked up at the door under the name provided in the order.
No tickets shall be refunded unless headling act cancels performance. Cancellation of support acts is not cause for a refund.
For no other reason will ticket buyers be issued a refund. Tickets may, however, be transferred to another name for pick-up at will-call. Please email [email protected] to request changes to will-call orders. We will only accept changes to orders up until noon the day of event in question. Please include the name, email, and confirmation order for the tickets in question.
Please present valid photo ID (state issued License or ID card, passport, etc.) and copy of invoice at the door to confirm ticket.
The Flint Local 432 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
